You can charge your vehicle at Mobility AC charging stations by yourself or by using the cables included in the charging station, and at Mobility DC charging stations by using the charging cables on the device. To charge your vehicle at Mobility’s public charging stations, simply download the EKOS MOBILITY mobile application.

To start charging your vehicle, make sure that the cable is connected to your vehicle and the station. Then, you can start the charging process by scanning the QR code with the EKOS Mobility Charging mobile application. To end the charging process, you can do the same by selecting the “Stop Charging” button on the “Map” page with the mobile application.

You can charge your vehicle at Ekos Mobility AC Charging stations. You can view our station list from the “Map” menu on our website.

When the charging process starts in a healthy way, the charging cable locks itself separately to the station and the vehicle, making it closed to external interventions. If you encounter a technical problem and realize that the charging cable is disconnected, you can contact us.

If you report your problem to info@ekosmobility.com, after the technical examination to be made by us, the findings of overpayment and the amount of overpayment will be determined and a refund will be made to you within two business days.

EKOS Mobility requires you to use AC type car charging stations with your own cables. For safety reasons, we do not have the option to provide cables for AC charging stations. In DC type charging stations, you can charge your electric vehicle with the cables on the station.

There are electric car charging points all over Turkey. As the number of electric vehicles increases, the number of electric Mobility Charging stations across the country is expected to increase rapidly. To learn the number and locations of Mobility Charging stations across Turkey, you can access the station locations from the “Maps” tab of the Mobility Charging mobile application.

Electric vehicles save up to 80% energy compared to internal combustion engine vehicles. They are environmentally friendly, quiet and economical vehicles that do not pollute nature and do not cause noise pollution.

In order to calculate the range, you first need to know the battery capacity of your vehicle. For example, let’s assume that your vehicle has a 60 kWh battery. If your vehicle’s electricity consumption is given as 14 kWh/100km, then we can calculate that it has a range of approximately 420km.

The Mobility AC charger supplies AC (Alternating Current) to the vehicle’s internal charger and then charges the electric vehicle battery. Faster charging is accomplished with DC (Direct Current). The Mobility DC fast charging station converts the AC source of the grid and supplies power directly to the vehicle battery without requiring charging infrastructure inside the vehicle.

Most BEVs launched in the Turkish market in the last few years, such as the BMW i3, Tesla Model S and Jaguar iPace, have fast charging features.

Electric vehicles with 64kWh battery capacity have a range of 484 km according to WLTP, while vehicles with 39.2 KWh battery capacity have a range of 305 km according to WLTP.

The answer to this question is related to the battery capacity of the vehicle and the charging time of the charging station.
